Return Policy

We are confident you will be satisfied with our product so we offer a 60-day no hassle return policy for our valued customers. You can test it and return it within 60 days if you are not satisfied from purchases made from PremiumTradingLimited.co.uk

You may return any item in original packaging as long as the products are not damaged or abused when you are testing it for your use. You can return the products for any reason within 60 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

No Restocking Fees*

We will not charge a restocking fee as long as the products are in original packaging, not damaged or abused, and returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.

If products are damaged or abused, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.

Return shipping charges and liability is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches Premium Trading Limited possession. With exception, if it is the fault of Premium Trading Limited for the return such as warranty replacement, Premium Trading Limited will provide a prepaid return label in most cases.

*You are responsible for backing up data and clearing data that is stored on your devices. Premium Trading Limited is not responsible for transferring data on replacements.

Damaged and defective products

All defective or damaged products will be replaced with the equivalent or better product than what was originally purchased. Products that are discontinued, sold out, or out of stock (more than 15 days), will be upgraded to the next equivalent model (free upgrade).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
